About Katy:
Katy Kvalvik has been inspiring women and men all over the world to be empowered, lead their best lives, and achieve optimal, lasting results as a catalyst for transformation since 2009. The CEO and Founder of the Performance Empowerment Group, Katy is a graduate of UC Berkeley and she is a certified executive coach, board certified health counselor, certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, certified yoga instructor, and business mentor.
Katy is a leading gut health and integrative lifestyle expert. After suffering two major accidents, healing her body, and deciding that people should not have to suffer the way she did to get answers, Katy founded the Harmony Method®, an integrative total lifestyle system blending ancient wisdom with modern science. She also founded Freedom to Thrive, an organization devoted to teaching students the basic life, health, and financial skills they need to thrive in the real world.
She speaks all over the world on advanced communication skills, leadership presence, influence and negotiation and integrative health. She has spoken at conference like Wisdom 2.0, the Hive Global Leadership Conference, NAIFA Sales Conference and the Wanderlust festival circuit. She has worked with companies such as Hyperloop, Sony, American Express, Beach Body and tech start-ups like VideoAmp and MediGram to name a few.
She works with leaders and their groups, teams and organizations to achieve higher levels of performance by optimizing how they develop people and themselves. Prior to her coaching career, Katy was a top national sales executive for medical device companies.
Katy has studied yoga for over 20 years and is a longtime meditator.
